Cancellation and Payment Policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all patients, Sundrata Clinic has established the following cancellation and payment policy:

1. Consultations

  • All consultations require advance booking.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a consultation.
  • Cancellations made without adequate notice, or failure to attend a consultation, will result in a cancellation fee of no less than $50 and up to the full consultation rate.

2. Treatments

  • All treatments must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the
    appointment.
  • Prepaid treatment fees are non-refundable.
  • If rescheduling is required, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice must be provided. With proper notice, prepaid treatments will be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
  • Missed or late-cancelled treatments without adequate notice will be forfeited and deducted from prepaid packages, if applicable.

3. Arrival Time

  • Patients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion.

4. Packages & Promotions

  • All prepaid packages, promotions, and special offers are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Sessions not attended or cancelled without required notice will be deducted from the package total.
