Sundrata Clinic is a physician-founded, nurse-led medical spa and longevity clinic in Las Vegas, Nevada. Founded in June 2025, the clinic provides medical weight loss, advanced aesthetics, regenerative therapies, and hormone and peptide care to adults across the Las Vegas Valley. It was founded by Dr. Jeysen Yogaratnam, a cardiothoracic-trained surgeon and physician-scientist, and Melanie Yogaratnam, a nurse executive with 25 years in critical care and hospital leadership. Every treatment is administered by licensed providers using FDA-cleared devices.

What Makes Sundrata Clinic Different
Dual-frequency radiofrequency is rare in Nevada. XERF™ operates at 6.78 MHz and 2 MHz and received FDA clearance in 2025. Few providers in the state offer it, which is why patients travel from Henderson, Summerlin and North Las Vegas.
The clinic is physician-founded and nurse-led. Treatment protocols are written by Dr. Jeysen Yogaratnam, a cardiothoracic-trained surgeon and physician-scientist with 25 years across medicine and drug development. Clinical operations are directed by Melanie Yogaratnam, a nurse executive with 25 years in critical care and hospital leadership at Guy’s and St Thomas’, Yale-New Haven, Stanford and Kaiser Permanente. Both founders are on site.
Aesthetics and metabolic medicine are treated as one problem. Weight, skin laxity, hormone balance and hair loss are addressed in a single plan rather than as separate services from separate providers.
Every consultation is complimentary and includes 3D body composition scanning and skin analysis before any treatment is scheduled. Every treatment is administered by a licensed provider.

Melanie Yogaratnam, MSN, RN, CNL, CRRN, NEA-BC, is an internationally trained nurse executive and accomplished clinical leader with over 25 years of experience at the forefront of global healthcare. Her distinguished career spans critical care, rehabilitation medicine, aesthetic nursing, and executive hospital leadership—a rare combination that provides her with exceptional breadth of perspective and depth of expertise. As Co-Founder and Clinical Director of Sundrata Clinic, Melanie brings world-class clinical precision, strategic vision, and a profoundly human touch to every patient interaction.
Melanie’s clinical journey began in Leeds, UK, where she trained as a critical care nurse and quickly advanced to senior leadership roles within some of the world’s most respected intensive care units. She served on elite teams at Guy’s and St. Thomas’ Hospital in London, where she delivered complex, high-acuity care in one of the U.K.’s most prestigious academic health systems. Her foundation in leadership was further strengthened by advanced studies at King’s College London, a renowned center of excellence in healthcare and executive education.

She later served as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Encompass Health, one of the largest rehabilitation hospital networks in the United States. In this role, she led multidisciplinary teams in managing complex medical, orthopedic, and neurological rehabilitation cases, while playing a key role in clinical governance, regulatory compliance, and elevating standards of rehabilitative care, broadening her vision from critical intervention to long-term recovery and wellness.
Motivated by a passion for aesthetic medicine and integrative health, Melanie pursued advanced training in aesthetic nursing, mastering cutting-edge techniques in injectables, regenerative skin treatments, and body sculpting technologies. She approaches aesthetics with the same clinical rigor, ethical commitment, and evidence-based precision that defined her career in hospital leadership.
