Participation in the Sundrata Certified Provider Platform is subject to acceptance of and ongoing compliance with Sundrata Clinic’s Terms and Conditions, Provider Agreement, and Clinical Policies.

Before participating in any training, certification, or clinical activity, all providers will be required to review and sign a formal agreement confirming that they:

  • Practice as independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Sundrata Clinic
  • Will comply with all Sundrata Clinic clinical, professional, and operational policies
  • Will practice solely within their licensed scope of practice and applicable laws and regulations

When providing services at Sundrata Clinic:

All services performed at Sundrata Clinic are rendered
by the provider under their own professional license and malpractice insurance.

No Assumption of Clinical Liability of Independent Provider’s Practice by Sundrata Clinic

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sundrata Clinic shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, adverse outcome, complication, or claim arising from or related to:
    • Clinical services performed by an independent provider
    • Acts or omissions of the provider
    • The provider’s failure to comply with applicable laws, regulations, or scope-of-practice requirements


Sundrata Clinic’s role is limited to providing:

  • Training and certification
  • Clinical facilities and equipment access
  • Administrative systems and governance frameworks

Provider Indemnification

As a condition of participation, providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sundrata Clinic and its affiliates, employees, medical and nursing leadership, founders, officers, and directors from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:

  • The provider’s clinical services
  • The provider’s professional conduct
  • Any alleged malpractice, negligence, or scope-of-practice violation


This indemnification applies whether the services are provided
on or off the Sundrata Clinic premises.

Providers participating in the Sundrata Certified Provider Platform practice as independent contractors and are solely responsible for their clinical services and patient outcomes. Sundrata Clinic does not practice medicine and does not assume liability for the acts or omissions of independent providers.
